2012 CSAC DUES
To become a member of the CSAC, club
dues will be $25.00 per year and $10.00 extra for a
spouse/girlfriend.
Children are free while attending school or
college. Dues should to be paid in full by
March 14, 2012.
Membership Committee Head

will be collecting dues (cash or checks) at
the CSAC meetings.
Personal checks will be accepted by mail.
